Inspired by a 600-year-old French tradition, this modern mead is made by fermenting premium caramelised dark winter honey, also called a bochet.
Intense aromas of vanilla icecream, caramel and fruits confits on the nose, a complex combination of grilled nuts, orange, dark honey and sweet spices, with a creamy mouthfeel.
Rich and decadent with a balanced sweetness, this bochet is lush with a delicious honeyed finish.
Drink as you would a dessert wine. Pairs well with patisserie and Christmas pudding.
